Level I - Getting Gotten: Learning the Skills to decipher any communication.

The Seminar will illuminate the four main elements operating in a communication:

1. The data that the person needs to communicate. Do the words address or describe the issues? Are the correct terms being used?
2. The level of importance or feeling, that a person has regarding the subject or item they have to say. Is the speaker conveying the meaning or significance of the message or the consequences they perceive can occur?
3. The relationship between the speaker and the listener. (What are the levels of formality, intimacy, and safety that exist?  What is the real power differential between the two and thus the potential for threat?)
4. The parts of the communication either inferred or left unsaid by the speaker. (What do elements such as: tone of voice, volume, facial expression, body language and verbiage chosen convey indirectly?)

Level II - Changing the Paradigm: Discovering methods, techniques and inner resources for Communicating differently.

 

Level III - Becoming Meta - Learning to work while in heated Interactions go for solution and stay present!

 

Level IV - Finding Our Unique Genius

Everyone has a talent or Genius of themselves. Traits that are natural to them and unique. Getting Gotten on that identity can be the key to unlocking a life of potential for fulfillment and happiness.
